Shipping costs vary depending on the products you buy and where you reside.

Because shipping costs depend on many variables, it will show on the last screen of the buying process, before finally confirming the order.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

When shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will waive taxes that apply to the rest of the peninsula. It’s also not included the relevant local tax (IGIC, IPSI) that be must dealt at the collection of the package. The recipient will be responsible for all expenses and import taxes generated in the office of destination, whether the recipient collects the goods as if he doesn’t.

In the event that the recipient does not take charge of the customs and order had to be returned, the recipient will be responsible for the expenses also generated in the return shipping. In this case, the difference between the purchased items and the cost of return is calculated. If this amount is positive, we will refund the difference. If negative, you will have to bear the attendant costs.

Shipping Information

The products sold on this site are sold by demand, this is, once the order placed by the customer, we will place the order to the corresponding local distributor or proceed to manufacture them.

However, usually have stock of all our products but there may be breaks in stock and we should wait for them.

In those orders the delivery time may be increased in 5-20 working days.

Once your order is shipped, the average delivery time is 48 hours for shipments to the mainland (Spain) and 7-15 days for shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearics Islands.

For international shipments the estimated delivery time is 1-6 weeks, but this period may be extended for reasons beyond our control.

Shipments to the Peninsula will be made whenever possible by private courier company to attempt delivery on 2 occasions. If they can not make delivery on these two occasions will leave a reminder note with the phone number to which you must call to arrange for delivery or pick up your order at the corresponding delegation.
