3. If I live in an area that is not required to pay VAT on products, will I have to pay VAT?

Once you introduce your shipping address the system will automatically calculate the total to be paid. If you are not obliged to pay VAT you will not have to pay it. In general:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Mandatory payment of 21% VAT.
  • Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): You don’t have to pay VAT on products. Important: Orders from Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may have associated Customs expenses and will have to pay the local taxes.
  • Rest of Europe: Mandatory payment of 21% VAT for individual customers. Excluded are European companies with EU VAT.
