1. Exchanges

You can request an exchange of any of the products of your order within 14 days since you receive it.

To request an exchange you must first contact us to let us know what is the change you want to make.

Please take into account that you won’t be able to exchange or return any customized products. We will clearly state this in these type of products.

If the new product is more expensive than the one purchased initially, you must make up the difference. If the new product is less expensive, we will refund the difference.

Once clarified the exchange, you must:

  1. Send the product you want to exchange by a shipping company with a tracking number.
  2. Pay the new shipping costs. Please contact us for more details.

It is important to note that the product you send us must be in perfect condition, unused and perfectly clean, especially the soles of clogs. Also, you must send all packaging and labels shipped with the product and make sure the shipping package will protect enough so that the product doesn’t suffer any damage. Otherwise, we won’t be able to change the product.

2. Returns

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days since you received it.

We guarantee that you will not have to give any explanation or follow any complicated process and that we will refund the amount of the products returned as soon as we receive them.

You only have to contact us. It’s fast and easy.

You have therefore the Right of Withdrawal explained in detail in our Terms & Conditions.

If you consider that once you receive your order, any of the products has any damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately through our contact form indicating the damage suffered. (Please note that every shipped product is carefully reviewed to avoid these situations). You must return the product to the store address within 14 days of receipt. We will carefully examine the returned product. You will receive a new product at no extra charge.

3. Exchanges and Returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and non-EU countries or areas

The customer will be responsible for any customs expenses generated, both for the original shipment to the address initially provided, the second shipment – the return of the merchandise – and the customs costs generated in the third shipment.
